On October 15th Bryan and Silvie Cheng (the Cheng2 Duo) presented the opening concert of the 2022-23 season of Oceanside Classical Concerts at Knox United Church.
As one member of the OCCS board exclaimed: “The Cheng2 Duo were nothing short of astonishing! What attention to every technical detail, yet the focus was the shining and sensitive overtone. I couldn’t help but visualize brother Bryan and sister Sylvie practicing together through their childhood, with the result being this natural, instinctive connection that flows through them when they play”.
It was a passionate concert with an enchanting program. A superb opening to our 2022-23 concert season.
